10 Juice Recipes – Power and Strenght Boost

The ingredients for a healthy life today is what nature offers us. Fresh Fruit and Vegetables. Mixed together they can benefit you more then eating or drinking them separately.

Here are 10 of my favorite Juice Recipes:

1. Sweet Sunshine Smoothie

You can taste the sun and its vitamince C in this Juice, this sweet and fresh citrus drink will create a  smile on even the darkest day.

Ingredients:

  • 3  tangerines
  • A red grapefruit
  • Half a cup of frozen strawberries

Put them together in your Juicer  the tangerines with the grapefruit, and juice them together with the frozen strawberries.

2. Blueberry Mango  Healing Smoothie

Blueberries are one of the higher level  Antioxidant Foods which contributes in creating anti-disease  substances throughout your body.

Ingredients:

  • A mango
  • Half a cup of blueberries
  • A banana
  • A Cup of Coconut Milk

You can sweeten it up with some  maple Syrup.

Again put everything in your Juicer. During warm days you can add some ice.

3. Fresh Mint Fruit Juice

A organic fact when it comes to mint is it promotes digestion. It also helps against Nausea & Headache, Asthma even Depression and Fatigue have been benefit by the amazing power of Fresh Mint.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Big Red Apple
  • 1 Orange
  • A cup Pineapple
  • 1-2 cups of watermelon
  • a sprinkle of lemon juice
  • 2 sprigs of fresh mint

Mix everything together in your Juicer after you are done add the Fresh Mint for a caring and loving fresh made Mint Fruit Juice!

4. A Berries and Cherries Passion Juice

A Romantic drink for a Romantic evening

  • A Banana
  • A Cup Cherries
  • A Cup Blueberries
  • A Cup of Fresh Almond Milk
  • A Tablespoon Flax Oil

You can add some honey or cinnamon to your own taste.

5. Hulk Power Juice

Here is a power drink that makes you feel you can take on the world.

Ingredients:

  • Half Cucumber
  • 1 Red Sweet Apple
  • A handful of Kale
  • 1 Celery Stalk
  • 1 Pear
  • A Sprinkle of Lemon Juice

Put them together in your Juicer.You can mix it up and add the lemon juice to your own taste.

6. Blood Rebuilding Juice

This is an ideal woman drink specially after your period or blood lost with giving birth.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Beets
  • 2 Big Carrots
  • A Handful of spinach
  • 1 Green Apple

Put everything together and Juice all of the ingredients adding just a bit of water. The Beets also help cleanse the liver.

7. Strawberry Fields Forever Juice

This Juice is really loved by my children what else can make a smile on a schild’s  face then strawberries!

  • A cup of strawberries
  • One Banana
  • 1/2 a cup of coconut milk

You can sweeten it up a bit with some honey or syrup or both!

8. Keen on Green Nature Juice

Ingredients:

  • 1 Kiwi
  • 2 Green Apples
  • A cup of Green Grapes
  • A handful of Kale
  • A Cup of honeydew Melon
  • A Small Cucumber

Juice it up for a healthy green nature Juice

9. Spicy  Juice

A juice for avoiding high amounts of sugar with a strong spicy taste

Ingredients:

  • 2 Green Apples
  • 2 Carrots
  • 4 Celery Stalks
  •  A Cucumber
  • A bit of Ginger Root (spice it up to your own taste)
  • 1/4 of purple cabbage

What i really like about this Juice is the purple color that you get after juicing the Cabbage. Not only healthy but artistically created colors making it a very attractive Juice.

10. Musk Melon

One of my favorites. Normally mixing together has more benefits but sometimes we must not forget we also live to enjoy life.What  not better then juicing a tasty Musk Melon.You can do this with every Fruit but don’t forget that the only way to enjoy life is doing it with ease.Our daily dose of Vegetables are important if you don’t like the taste just add some fruit to it!
