Juicing For Your Toddler – A Great Recipe To Start With

Ingredients:

1 inch of sliced cucumber

1 handful of spinach

2 Golden Delicious or Granny Smith Apples

1 small beetroot

¼ of a pineapple

1 celery stick

Ice (a few cubes should suffice)

Directions: Blend all of the ingredients together, then stir and serve. Happy juicing!
