Juicing For Your Toddler

Depending on what your kids taste buds are into, you may have a toddler who can’t stand the sight of anything healthy. Juicing for your toddler is great because any time you try to serve them vegetables, they thank you with a tantrum. As adults, we’ve learned the significance of maintaining a healthy diet and pencilling in exercise to our daily schedule. Now the question is, how do you train your baby to be healthy?

How to Train Your Child to Eat Healthy

Introducing healthy foods to your baby should be a process that happens as soon as they’re ready to eat solid foods. Bad eating habits are a learned behaviour so more times than not, children who don’t like fruits and vegetables were never made used to eating them. You can’t love fast food and junk food unless someone has introduced you to them.

Not all kids who don’t have a taste for vegetables dislike them because they weren’t exposed to them. Sometimes it really is just a matter of not liking the taste or texture of a particular food. Whether your kid is not into eating healthy because of preference or habit, an excellent solution for feeding them healthy raw ingredients is juicing it for them.

Making Food Fun for your Kids

Perception is critical when it comes to introducing healthy food to your children. If it seems fun, it will taste fun. Maybe placing a handful of broccoli or spinach on a plate just looks and smells like something they don’t want to put in their mouths.

Now, what if you blended it with almond milk and added a few ice cubes? How about added a few fruits to drown the other tastes out? You’ve made a fun shake! Or so they think and as the parent, you win! You may want to consider juicing their food while they’re not looking so that they don’t learn your secret. Some kids are so wise; you just can’t fool them.

Raw Ingredients Kids Like

When you’re looking to blend natural ingredients together that are not only healthy but also taste good to kids, you want to use fruits that pack in the punch. Juicing for your toddler is easy when you try fruits like; Granny Smith Apples, Pineapples, Blueberries, and Strawberries are some of the fruits whose taste is as robust as its beneficial elements.

They are high in vitamins and nutrients that will give your babies a boost. There are also vegetables that have healthy benefits like sweet potato and beetroot that add a lot of flavour to your juice as well. Then there are the vegetables that taste bland, so it’s very easy to just sneak it into your blend like we did juicing for you toddler.
