1 Orange – A great source of Vitamins A, B, B1, and C. Oranges are an excellent source of dietary fibers and folate.

¼ of a Whole Pineapple – Due to its wealth of nutrients, pineapples are a powerhouse for health benefits. They contain multiple vitamins, minerals, copper, manganese, magnesium, beta-carotene, thiamin, and folate.

2 Handfuls of Spinach – Besides being low in fat, spinach is high in zinc, niacin, protein, phosphorus, potassium, fiber, thiamin, folate, iron, magnesium, manganese, copper and vitamins A, B6, C, E, and K.

1 3” Beet Root – This super food can improve your daily performance, lower your blood pressure and increase your blood flow.

2 Red Cabbage Leaves – In addition to a range of vitamins and phytochemicals, cabbage is great for cancer prevention and eye health.

3 Medium-sized Carrots – Most of the benefits of carrots lies in their beta carotene and fiber content. Although they are also an outstanding source for antioxidant agents, and vitamins A, B8, C, and K.

½ of a Lemon – Lemons contain significant health benefits due to the many nourishing elements like vitamins A, B6, C, and E. Additionally they are rich in niacin thiamin, riboflavin, iron, calcium, pantothenic acid, folate, copper, potassium, phosphorus, protein, magnesium, and zinc.

Grab your juicer and process the ingredients. Feel free to add a couple of ice cubes if you’d like it to cool you down as well, but not too many because you don’t want to liquefy it too much and lose out on all of the nutrients contained in each ingredient. Shake and serve.
